ILS Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (ILSCA)
ILS Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (ILSCA) was established on 3rd December 2016, by the Governing Council of the Indian Law Society with the primary aim of providing facilities for ad-hoc and also institutional arbitration and mediation, both in domestic as well as International spheres.
ILSCA is a neutral, independent, and non-political and non-profit organization, which is established to facilitate the impartial administration of ADR proceedings and help to promote a cordial and rational settlement of disputes between parties through various methods of dispute resolution.
ILSCA continuously strives to educate, train and indoctrinate the student fraternity, the professionals, the law faculty with the ethos of Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods. It also collaborates with other professional institutes, wherever necessary, for accrediting Arbitrators and Mediators.
