 ABOUT THE ILSCA ADR BLOG

ILSCA ADR BLOG is an ADR oriented academic blog established under the auspices of ILS Centre of Arbitration and Mediation (ILSCA), Pune. It has been founded with the aim of pioneering a dynamic forum, for dissemination and sharing of constructive viewpoints in the field of Arbitration, Mediation, Negotiation, Conciliation and all other aspects of ADR.

We encourage cognizant academic discourse for forming an elemental understanding of the innumerable complexities and transitional and latest developments in the domain of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Through this platform, we strive to promote pedagogical discussions and dialogue amongst ardent readers, tailoring a holistic approach towards ADR.

We publish original and authentic works of prime calibre, which are evaluated by independent authorities with premiere expertise in the field of ADR. We welcome professional comments from our readers for intellectual and fruitful discussions, however, any comments of personal nature or unrelated to the topic will not be entertained.

With this initiative, ILSCA aims to cultivate the ADR culture to build a robust non-adversarial dispute resolution system in the nation.

Message from Director of ILSCA

ILSCA ADR BLOG is a learning platform built exclusively for ADR admirers. I am confident that this platform will build a community that will help foster the ADR System in India. ILSCA ADR BLOG is supported by the Indian Law Society’s Centre for Arbitration and Mediation and ILS Law College. It gives me great pleasure to be a part of this maiden venture undertaken by the students of ILS Law College

ILS Law College is an avant-garde institution imparting quality legal education with a well-defined philosophy that grooms young minds to become future leaders in different walks of life. ILSCA ADR BLOG is one such idea conceptualized by the young ILSians who supports this philosophy.

Through this blog, we are creating a medium by which information about the recent practices in all the alternate dispute resolution methods is disseminated to the ADR enthusiasts.

The zeal with which the students have designed and conceptualized the idea of the ILSCA ADR Blog showcase their eagerness to be part of the changing landscape of the dispute resolution in India

My best wishes will always be with them.

The will to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach your full potential... these are the keys that will unlock the door to personal excellence.

-Confucius
